A private yoga class under the guidance of Cat will allow you the time, space and tools to develop your own internal awareness, to deepen your understanding of self, and ultimately help to release tension and unease from within.
Through a combination of Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and Thai Yoga massage assists you will experience a highly personalised, sensitive and anatomically informed practice of self care.
