Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Cat first began her own healing journey through the Fine Arts.

While initially studying the human form and anatomy through drawing Cat has now spent the past 4 years exploring a more somatically guided healing process in the form of Yoga, Meditation and Thai Yoga Massage.

Finding a more well-rounded process for the body and mind to connect and heal not only helped bring a deeper understanding to her own experience of PTSD and associated mental health disorders, but also inspired her to share the joy of this healing experience with others.

For over four years now Cat has taught in Melbourne, London, and Amsterdam, as well as studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Techniques (based on the Jon Kabat-Zinn Mindfulness programs), Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage.

Her offerings now specialize in small group, and private one-to-one classes aimed to help undo tension and stress narratives within the body and mind, as well as build a deeper experience of embodied awareness.
